Reserve Your Space
Secure a space for a single hour or a full day. Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
When booking a day pass, you must specify exactly 6 hours on the scheduler to automatically receive the discounted daily rate instead of being charged hourly.
Your Time Must Be On The Calendar
Conference Room, Private Offices, and the Office Booth are only guaranteed for the time you schedule. Buying a pass does not reserve a space. Pass holders: reserve your date and time ahead of your visit →. No scheduled time means no guaranteed space.

Booking multiple days or need an invoice? Email support@875flexspace.com with your dates and times, and we'll send an invoice with a secure payment link.
- A $150 booking retainer secures your date and is applied to your total. Full payment is due before your booking.
- Cancel 3 or more days ahead: full refund. Less than 3 days: 50% refundable. Less than 24 hours or a no-show: non-refundable.
- One free reschedule with 3 or more days' notice, subject to availability.
- A $200 refundable security deposit is included on your invoice and returned within 2 days after your booking, less any damage or extra cleaning.
- Full terms appear on your invoice.

Hourly and daily bookings can be made for any future date. Multi-day pass holders: reserve a future day → up to 7 days ahead. If you don't show up, the day is used.

Event Venue
Need more room than the conference room offers? Our in-building meeting and workshop venue hosts up to 50 guests for meet-and-greets, workshops, trainings, and presentations. Includes a projector, TV, two microphones, kitchenette, and restrooms, with tables and chairs set up for you. Available Monday through Thursday, 3-hour minimum.
